Many of my friends (potential) traders have the wrong assumption, consider trading is a short road to rich. That just by simply playing a guessing buy or sell, can make profits without the hassle. Usually they plunge into the world of trading with passionate enthusiasm, invest with a relatively large nominal, with hopes of going to gain huge profits also in a short time. This type of traders actually have a negative view about forex trading. After experiencing the MC, they realize that trading was not as easy as imagined.

Well, if you are now new at the stage of interested in trading with the motivation to want to learn to get rich quick, well… I suggest to stop… Let’s review first before invest or deposit.

I want to reiterate that this trading is not a quick and easy way to become wealthy. If you hear the stories of traders who have managed to obtain a stable and sizable profits of trading, do not be tempted fast… Ask how long they had already learned. Trading Rules

In order to test the trading rules, it’s good we utilized a 30 Pips Stop Loss. Use Stop Loss of 30 pips, can act as a reminder where we can quickly change the system that we have done, because it can be said is not accurate.

Next Entry Rules:
1. Buy Order when

5 EMA has been cut above 10 EMA and the two stochastic vessels were heading to the top (do not enter if the stochastic lines are already in overbought territory).

RSI is greater than 50.

2. Sell Order when

5 EMA cut below 10 EMA and both stochastic channels are moving to the bottom (do not enter if the stochastic lines are already in oversold territory).

RSI less than 50.

Exit Rules:
Out of the market or close the position when the 5 EMA cut 10 EMA which in the opposite direction of your trade or if the RSI back to 50.

As you can see, where we have all the components of a good trading system. This is a swing trading system and traded on the daily chart. Next, we use moving averages to help identify new trends as early as possible. Stochastics can help in determining what is possible for us to enter the trade after moving average crossover, and also help us avoid oversold and overbought area. RSI is an extra confirmation tool that helps us in determining the strength of our tendency.

After finding out our trade setup, then we will determine a risk in trade. Where in this system, we are prepared to risk of 30 pips on the trade. Usually, the higher the time frame, then you must be willing to take a risk, because the profits each time you get, will usually be larger than if you were trading on a smaller time frame.
